Mergers & Acquisitions:

Conducted benchmarking of infrastructure performance pre- merger and post-merger, implemented enterprise-level processes, and procedures to ensure optimal service levels for the merged entity.   • Revamped technology department, repositioning leadership, personnel, teams, workstreams, processes and enabled a transparent culture placing IT as a “Trusted Advisor” to the Enterprise
  • Technology modernization and new property construction projects spanned the corporate headquarters and all 11 luxury hotel properties.
